Creating your own theme is possible. Here's an example of the mid-grey theme I created for myself: https://imgur.com/a/Zs3m8uZ you're welcome to a copy of it. I've modified one of the supplied themes, mostly separating out the colour definitions to make it easier to modify, although several of the UI elements are defined by images which need to be mangled manually.
