I noticed that it was not included with Gimp 2 for windows and went back
to Gimp 1.2 so that I could use it and it works pretty well with the
plugins from Flaming Pear that I have been trying out.

On the gimp for windows mailing list someone recently mentioned trying out
"harrys plugins" which are included with XnView an excellent thumbnail
browser program and they seemed to work allright. http://www.xnview.com
