I don't want to annoy everybody with my (sometimes poor) ideas. So... where should I go in order to send suggestions to The Gimp developers ? And where should I go in order to verify these ideas haven't already been proposed ?

You can search the archives of the mailing lists (see http://www.gimp.org/mail_lists.html for details) and the bugzilla (at bugzilla.gnome.org ) to see if your ideas have not been proposed or are not already existing.
