The page at http://www.gimp.org/windows/ says "It is highly recommended that you install the help files (GIMP User Manual) that are provided as a separate package (see above). The documentation is also available online," but it doesn't provide a link to whatever one needs to download to obtain the help files or any instructions on how to do so, and the info at http://www.gimp.org/docs/ isn't helpful either. That second page does say "GIMP comes with a built-in help system," but this seems to be inconsident with the need to install help pages. Where can we download the help pages and how are they installed?
