Hi, I'm working on a big i18n project for a website. I created some Perl-Fu scripts to generate localized buttons given a text string. I ran into a HUGE brick wall when attempting to do this with Korean bitmaps. I've been informed that the Gimp just won't render 2-byte fonts. Someone suggested a kludgey work-around involving screen shots, but that isn't going to be good enough. Does anyone know if there is support for this in any development version of the Gimp (or how to enable it)? Or planned support? Or where I can go about finding out how to get started implementing this feature on my own? Help would be appreciated. Thanks!
