One last remark:
inside todo-file of an interactive git rebase command, the instruction merge -C is not working correctly ... merge -C works exactly as merge -c ... probably it's a bug ... maybe you can report this bug! :-)

Thank you for all.
Bye.

Is this on Git-for-Windows, or on Linux/*nix Git?
Which version are you on? (rebase recently got converted to a built-in - this maybe a regression)

If you are able to create an MVCE (https://stackoverflow.com/help/mcve) then it would be great if you could formally report it.

If it is on Linux (the upstream Git) then send a plain text (zero HTML!) email report to Git List <[email protected]>.

If it is just Git-for-Windows (if you have W10 then you can try/test the upstream with WSL Windows Subsystem Linux) and report it at https://github.com/git-for-windows/git/issues and get credit for your work.

The lower casing thing may be just on Windows, or part of false expectation in the upstream processing.
