I expect that you are in some way 'using it wrong' ;-)
Which panel of the gui is saying that it has reached the limit, and how
come you have so many to display all at once (how will you find the
important one among the rest?)
The code is plain text interpreted tcl/tk, so it i relatively easy to
hack the code (it is just one big text file, just search for the error
message fragment..)
Maybe even a screen shot to give folks context.
