For Git (Linux) head over to https://public-inbox.org/git/ see the mailing list. That list itself is managed via http://vger.kernel.org/vger-lists.html#git for subscribing. For Git-for-Windows, head over to https://gitforwindows.org/ and the 'Contribute' button, and then to https://github.com/git-for-windows/git/issues to see what the current issues are. Alternatively, simply provide nice or at least supportive, answers to the various questions that turn up. You can also join the Git-for-Windows google group.
