That project also has discussions activated, so https://github.com/yermak/AudioBookConverter/discussions would offer another way to get in touch. In any case, the developers will want to know how you've installed the app and which version, so be sure to include that in your writing. I'm afraid that both possibilities might require having a GitHub account. I'm not sure. A third possibilitiy was to clone the project and check if/which email address the developer has in his commit messages. But I think that the developer would probably not like that given that there is an official issue tracker for exactly that purpose.
