What about..

- if (oidcmp(a,b))
+ if(!oideq(a,b))
  { ... }

Or maybe you need to use something like

  <...
- if (oidcmp(a,b))
+ if (!oideq(a,b))
  ...>

Hmm. Yea, semantic patches are a bit confusing overall sometimes.
