Shouldn't this be `if (scheduledPool instanceof ScheduledThreadPoolExecutor
&& !((ScheduledThreadPoolExecutor) scheduledPool).getRemoveOnCancelPolicy()) {`?
ScheduledExecutorService used by broker might remove task after cancel, E.g.
kinds of executors in Netty.
