Fix for Exception "Can't finish byte read from uncompressed stream DATA
position" when querying ORC table which happens when attempting to read past
the end of an uncompressed stream. ORC-1393 added a new method for resetting
the uncompressed stream by accepting the new length. Using this method here to
pass the actual length of the stream when resetting.

Passing CI tests.
Manual test - running a custom q-test in my forked Hive repo with several
MBs of data that reproduces this issue. The link to the q-test is provided in
the ticket description.
