I removed this method `isValidBranch` and added a new method
`HiveStorageHandler::checkAndSetTableMetaRef` which can check and set
tableMetaRef(metadata, branch, tag), and this can make `Hive::getTable` of `ql
` module more clean as the tableMetaRef is specific to iceberg.
