An end-user cannot directly modify or create/delete the table directory for
a managed table. Their interaction is with the Hive service, not the file
system. They ask Hive to perform the action, and Hive does it on their behalf
after checking permissions.
Managed table dir should have HIVE user as an owner, not HDFS
