I read through the ASF recommendations.
For full disclosure, I'm not a lawyer so there is a chance that I miss
interpreted something so let me summarize how I understood the document:

So, the main goal is to do not have any kind of content that is owned by an
other legal entity.
And in case of using a AI tool we should do the following:
   - share the sources being used
   - ability to tell which part of the document pulled in from third-party
sources and which references were being used exactly
   - ability to tell the licensing of all the references and proving they won't
conflict with the licensing of ASF.

To be honest, if I interpreted the situation correctly, I feel there is no
actually a feasible way to do a contribution using AI tools at all: AI tools
are mostly statistical models - even the tool itself cannot tell if the content
generated has copy-right issues or not. And as a developer, I don't have a
proper education to analyze the licensing situation correctly.

Please free to correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway, based on my current
understanding, I believe the best possible action is to just close this PR down
without merging and in the future, avoid using any AI tool in contributing ASF
projects.
