### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Use default port based on transport mode when port is not specified in the
URI
### Why are the changes needed?
When HS2 is running in HTTP mode & user tries to connect without specifying
port, as of now it tries connecting to port 10000 which is default binary port
& runs into error.
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
No
