PR template says there are no user-facing changes, but there are new configs `metastore.txn.deadlock.detector.enabled`, `metastore.txn.deadlock.detector.interval`, a new abort reason: `TxnErrorMsg.ABORT_DEADLOCK`, and also when `metastore.txn.deadlock.detector.enabled=true`, this PR enables `START TRANSACTION/COMMIT/ROLLBACK` outside test mode. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
