Updated the PR to remove the caching feature entirely: `HMSCachingCatalog` and the cache-expiry configuration are deleted, and `HMSCatalogFactory` now always returns `HiveCatalog`. The earlier authorization-probe implementation and cache-specific/JWKS tests were removed. This leaves cache revival to a future implementation that satisfies both REST consistency and per-request authorization requirements. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
