HIVE-30121: Drop HADOOP_OPTIONAL_TOOLS and the extra AWS SDK bundle downloads

With Hadoop 3.4.3, hadoop-aws sits in share/hadoop/common/lib and is always
on the classpath, so HADOOP_OPTIONAL_TOOLS=hadoop-aws has nothing left to
add. Drop it from start-hive.sh --ozone, the Kubernetes README examples,
samples and Helm values, and the itests k8s deployments.

Releases up to 3.4.2 keep hadoop-aws, its AWS SDK v2 bundle,
analyticsaccelerator-s3 and wildfly-openssl in share/hadoop/tools/lib, which
only HADOOP_OPTIONAL_TOOLS puts on the classpath. The Dockerfile now moves
them to common/lib in the build stage, so an image built with
-hadoop 3.4.2 has the 3.4.3 layout and s3a:// works without the variable,
in the Tez AM as well, which has no tools/lib on its classpath.

The image now carries the AWS SDK v2 bundle in common/lib, so the docker
README no longer has users download bundle-2.42.25.jar into jars/. That
directory is copied into /opt/hive/lib, which the Tez AM and LLAP load first,
so they would have run S3A on 2.42.25 while the hadoop CLI used 2.35.4. The
itests HiveServer2 deployment drops its download-aws-sdk init container for
the same reason; the standalone metastore image has no bundle and keeps it.

The docker README's Ozone and LLAP examples no longer pin -hadoop 3.4.1 and
take hadoop.version from the pom.
