Wow, I've found an interesting thing accidently. To find out how is the option for disabling plugins named in english I've started Geany with default locale ` LANG=C strace geany` and the CPU load has gone. No matter whether plugins are turned on. So it seems to be some kind of localization bug. It could even be not in Geany but I didn't encounter this issue in any other apps.
