Thanks to @probonopd I created an AppImage for [geany](https://github.com/geany/geany) including [geany-plugins](https://github.com/geany/geany-plugins) using Travis-CI. Releases and source code can be found here: https://github.com/ecmu/geany.AppImage/releases
