Ah, OK, I'm going through the issues one by one and wasn't aware of this when I mentioned the related thing in #3039.
I think the code shouldn't hurt anything but I don't think real ctags (unlike the tag generation script) adds parameters to class tags and leaves them only in the constructor methods.
