I'm really not sure what caused it or what conditions need to be met, I didn't reproduce it yet with the same session with same plugins. But again, I had Geany running for a very long time and has used it extensively when it happened to me, so a million things can have happened then. I didn't see it again yet -- nor did I dig deep enough to find the issue.
