The plugin hasn't been merged to the geany-plugins repository yet so there are no nightlies.
That said, you could try the artifact of the pull request. At the bottom of the page here https://github.com/geany/geany-plugins/actions/runs/12050135179 you can find the installer with the plugin. In fact, I'm super-curious how/if it runs under Windows - nobody had the courage to try it yet ;-).
