[Github-comments] [geany/geany] Backspacing a multi-line cursor across the start of the line (Issue #4166)

If one creates a multi line cursor at the start of some lines and then pushes 
back space, nothing happens  in Geany.  In Vscode,  the preceding new lines are 
deleted concatenating all the text in the lines  onto the preceding  line, 
which is useful.  Please could Geany do the same thing in this situation to 
minimize surprise?
