luigifab created an issue (geany/geany#4325)

With gtk2, it was possible to define keyboard shortcuts by selecting a menu and 
directly entering the new keyboard shortcut.

With gtk3, no... but it's possible to readd the idea, I did that for my program 
(with a filter, to avoid a single letter).

I think it's a nice improvement: hover menu item then press new shortcut:
