advice2020 created an issue (geany/geany#4333)

Probably a reason for this that I am not thinking of but, to me this just seems
a little uncomfortable to use/visually.

When you bring your mouse cursor into the number column / code fold column
located on left side of Geany window, the mouse cursor changes to an arrow,
which is expected. What is not expected is that arrow cursor is the opposite
direction as common arrow cursor, meaning arrow is pointing up and to the
right, instead of the common up and to the left.
All the other sections around the typing pane use common mouse cursor arrow:
tabs/toolbars (top), vertical scrollbar (right) and status bar (bottom).
Suggesting to make the number column mouse cursor function the same, if
possible.
If both cursor arrow directions are preferred by different users, I guess this
could be added as a setting for user to be able to choose?

Thank You
