techee left a comment (geany/geany#4374) Would you please check if you can reproduce the problem with https://github.com/universal-ctags/ctags and if the problem is present in ctags as well, report the issue there? Geany uses a (slightly older) copy of universal ctags for parsing files so if it gets fixed there, we'll get the fix with the next ctags update.
