techee left a comment (geany/geany-plugins#1486) @Schyrsivochter Since I don't have the Neo German keyboard, I have no way to test if this fixes the problem or not. I _believe_ the problem here really is keyboard event handling but I'm not sure how `gdk_keymap_translate_keyboard_state()` behaves exactly. And of course, the problem might be somewhere else so it would be nice if you could test this PR.
