hyoretsu created an issue (geany/geany-plugins#1496) Found that this feature was provided by a plugin, but I installed it and it simply isn't remembering fold states. The option is activated. I've tried it with both a file in WSL (which is the original location, `\\wsl.localhost\archlinux\home\hyoretsu\projects\msuledger\tmp`) and a normal Windows file in `%UserProfile%/Documents`, both with multiple files open and with a single file.
