Hi, how do I specify that "%" (or whatever symbol) indicates a comment in a 
markdown file so that line is highlighted differently than regular text? I have 
already written the markdown files and don't need to add the comments, just 
would like to have them be a different color from the rest of the text.

I feel like I've tried editing every config file at this point. I even read the 
manual! I was able to get it to treat md files as LaTeX, and then I was able to 
change comment color in the styling part of the config as expected, but of 
course it changes every other bit of formatting. I feel like I must be asking 
the wrong question, since searching for it turns up almost nothing.

I could switch to ![comment] but that just highlights that, not the whole line. 
So I'm stumped.
