joomlafun left a comment (geany/geany#3410) This on kde fedora works fine in console ` gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface cursor-blink false` Restart and no blinking. and if by any chance you need to disable it in QT apps like kwrite/kate `kwriteconfig5 --file kdeglobals --group "KDE" --key "CursorBlinkRate" 0`
