Would it be possible to make available the arrow package for R 3.5.3 (Windows binaries) ? Right now, the only R version that can install the arrow package (1.0.0) is > 4.0. However, I cannot upgrade to R 4.0 and I can only install arrow version 0.17 which is still compatible with R 3.5.3. Is there a way to get the current arrow R package also available for R 3.5.3 ?
