The C++ spec doesn't clearly say whether creating an out-of-bounds iterator is well-defined. However, the [operational semantics](https://en.cppreference.com/w/cpp/named_req/RandomAccessIterator) involve incrementing/decrementing and it seems that incrementing/decrementing past extremities is undefined. @bkietz Do you have any thoughts on this? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
