The following PostgreSQL `DATE_PART` units are already supported by arrow-rs
kernels, and should be straightforward to add to DataFusion:
- `quarter`: The quarter of the year (1 - 4)
- `doy`: The day of the year (1 - 365/366)
- `dow`: The day of the week (0 - 6; Sunday is 0)
