One of the problems with the current notifications is that every time a new issue is created as we are adding labels, assignee, etcetera we get double or tripled notifications. As an example the creation of this issue and the addition of the labels, see the time is the same because it is basically the same action (issue created):  -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
