How did you verify binaries on your local machine? Are you using https://github.com/apache/arrow-adbc/blob/main/dev/release/verify-release-candidate.sh ? Or your local modified version? I think that listing artifacts in a GitHub Releases uses 1 API request but we can avoid using API requests to download listed artifacts.
