One thing I noticed is that duckdb loads partitioned parquet files: https://github.com/ClickHouse/ClickBench/blob/main/duckdb-parquet/benchmark.sh as opposed to datafusion: https://github.com/ClickHouse/ClickBench/blob/main/datafusion/benchmark.sh.
