IMO the ideal solution would be to release the Python bindings on a biweekly
schedule, alternating with the Rust release.

This would mean that I (or another PMC member) would create an RC every
Friday, alternating between Rust and Python and releasing on the following
Monday (after the 72-hour vote expires).

This will only be possible if the Python project has already been updated to
use the latest DataFusion release, but hopefully, these upgrades will be
trivial (recent ones have been).
