arrow_37707.zip attached index: * cmake.log - cmake (out-of-band) output for the arrow/cpp source * make_cpp.log - make output for the arrow/cpp source * make_install.log - make installation into /usr/local * make_app.log - the test application, using debug info * gdb_trace.log - the GUN debugger output, including the back trace data * test.parquet - The example "test" parquet file used for reading I included all of this so you could see exactly what I am doing, in the event you see something missing or not necessarily needed. I can also send you the source for the test application if would like, but it is based on the examples provided.
