I tried building pyarrow from main branch, and now its saying `pyarrow.lib.ArrowInvalid: straddling object straddles two block boundaries (try to increase block size?)` But once again, it seems like changing the parameter of `skip_rows_after_names` to a smaller number suppresses this problem. However, I need to have a relatively large `skip_rows_after_names` param for my use case. Is there any suggested solution to this issue?
