## Which issue does this PR close? Follow on to https://github.com/apache/arrow-datafusion/pull/9725 Closes #. ## Rationale for this change The size of `ScalarValue` appears to have changed on Linux to be the same as aarch64. Thus we can now run the ScalarValue size test again: See details here: https://github.com/apache/arrow-datafusion/pull/9725/files#r1534400422 The point of the test was to ensure that the size of ScalarValue didn't change with PRs, but the Rust compiler may change how types are laid out. ## What changes are included in this PR?
