Hey all, it looks like the CRAN binaries have been built (with the exception of windows `r-devel`) so I think we can post to socials. I've started [a Google Doc](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QIwrcCMVfwMwgDliRr-TaVU-irlsLOGES_-qWx4fJe0/edit?usp=sharing). Due to the small changeset in this release, I decided not to do a long tweet thread with screenshots. However, I could be convinced to hype this up more if anyone feels differently. I'll do a final copy-edit before posting anywhere but please have a look. I'll plan to post to Twitter, Mastodon, and Blue Sky. I've also submitted a [PR to sync the docs](https://github.com/apache/arrow-site/pull/568) if anyone wants to do a quick review.
