So how shall we proceed with this PR? I feel like there was a lot of high level options thrown around but it isn't clear to me what the next steps are? Perhaps we could make a new PR for a subset of the feature (e.g. interval multiplication) and work out the pattern in that PR where it is simpler to review? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
