I could not get the cloud emulator to work for writing large files. For smaller ones, the fork of the image provided by @tustvold works well (tustvold/fake-gcs-server) but for larger ones I get a `Generic GCS error: Client error with status 405 Method Not Allowed: No Body` error -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
