# Rationale for this change
As we start to use Extension types more fully, let's make sure they are
documented as much as possible (@mbrobbel has done most of this, I just
thought some additional docs would help on Field)
# What changes are included in this PR?
1. Add docs / links to ExtensionTypes
2. Add some examples
3. Add a `Field::set_name` (`Field::with_name` already exists) so the API is
consistent with `set_metadata` and `set_data_type`.
