Hi @guocanwen we prefer to handle questions on the [user@ or dev@](https://arrow.apache.org/community/). The code is a little bit hard to read but does not seem unreasonable. I would suggest removing the auto values so it is a little bit cleare (and it looks like github my have removed some '>' values. It would also be useful to understand the source of these values.
