   A note on this PR, the ryu crate which I implemented to convert f64 values 
outputs scientific notation sometimes, so `300000`. may be converted to 
`3.0e5`. Is it important to not break users who rely on a certian format? As I 
understand, scientific notation for numbers is valid json, but I wonder if a 
customer is manually parsing the number value who may break because of this. If 
this is that important, we can consider using a different method to reduce the 
time.
