I think the use of URI when working with fs is very, very handy and it would be great to support what’s proposed. But the cons are quite heavy in my opinion, and I would probably not go down this road because of that. Especially since it's already basically a two-liner to create a `FileSystem` instance using `from_uri` and then use the fs functions from there. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
