I think we can remove support for R 4.0 after the 21 monorepo release. We might even want an out of cycle R-only release. The R package tries to follow the [tidyverse R version support policy](https://www.tidyverse.org/blog/2019/04/r-version-support/) and, with R 4.5 being released in 2025-04-11, we can drop 4.0. cc @thisisnic @nealrichardson @jonkeane -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
